Completing a Daily Timesheet Form

In this video, we show a brief overview of the process of completing your form once we have converted it to a digital format.

Once the form is completed, we show the pdf that is sent to an email address. There are other options for completed forms such as forwarding for review before they are submitted, emailing multiple users, uploading to Dropbox or similar service and uploading the data to a SQL database.

Completing and Submitting a JSA form

This video shows us taking your current paper form, converting it to a digital format, completing the form using a phone, and then what the completed form looks like once it is submitted.

Payroll Summary Report

This video shows us using the digital timesheet form we create for you to generate an Excel spreadsheet to easily review your payroll for the previous pay period. There is a separate tab for the details of each employee per day per job, a summary tab for each employee, and a job summary tab that shows the info broken down per job.
